Online Activation: Personalised Manga Lanyard Redemption Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must submit one (1) clear photograph through the designated online activation website. The photograph will be transformed into an AI-generated manga-style character for printing on a personalised lanyard tag.
2. Each participant is entitled to a maximum of one (1) redemption. Eligibility will be verified through a one-time password (OTP) sent to the participant’s mobile number. Each verified mobile number may be used for one (1) redemption only.
3. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis and only while stocks last. Submission of an entry does not guarantee successful redemption.
4. The appearance of the AI-generated image may differ from the original photograph. Results may vary and cannot be modified, edited, regenerated, or replaced once submitted for production.
5. Participants must ensure that they have the right and permission to submit the photograph. Photographs containing unlawful, offensive, inappropriate, or third-party copyrighted content may be rejected.
6. By submitting a photograph, the participant consents to its processing and transformation solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling the personalised lanyard redemption.
7. Participants must provide complete and accurate personal, contact, and delivery details. The Organiser will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost items resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the participant.
8. The personalised lanyard is expected to be delivered to the address provided within twenty-one (21) days after successful redemption confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, courier, public holiday, or other circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.
9. Once the personalised lanyard tag has been approved for production or printed, no changes, cancellations, replacements, or reprints will be permitted, except where the item is proven to be defective due to a production error.
10. The personalised lanyard is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, merchandise, or any other item.
11. Personal information collected through the activation will be processed in accordance with the applicable privacy notice and used for verification, production, delivery, and administration of the redemption.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent, automated, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible submissions, and to amend, suspend, or terminate the activation where reasonably necessary.
